On 23rd July 2026, Khasadrapchu Middle Secondary School conducted the Result Declaration and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for parents and students of Classes VI, VIII and X. The programme provided an opportunity to review and discuss students’ performance in the recently conducted Midterm Examination. The academic performance of students was presented, including subject-wise performance rankings, enabling parents to understand their children’s strengths and areas requiring further improvement. Certificates were also awarded to subject toppers, class toppers and overall toppers in recognition of their academic achievements and efforts. In addition, students’ health reports were shared with parents to promote greater awareness of their wellbeing. The School Counsellor presented a situational analysis of students’ overall wellbeing, highlighting key observations and areas requiring attention and support. The programme concluded with constructive discussions between teachers and parents to strengthen collaboration in supporting students’ academic progress and holistic development.
Similarly, on 24th July 2026, the school continued the Result Declaration and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for parents and students of Classes IV, V, VII and IX. Similar agendas were discussed during the second day, with a focus on reviewing the students’ Midterm Examination performance and discussing their academic progress. Teachers shared subject-wise performance rankings and provided parents with insights into students’ strengths, areas for improvement and learning needs. Certificates were presented to subject toppers, class toppers and overall toppers in recognition of their dedication and achievement. The students’ health reports were also discussed to enhance parental awareness of their physical wellbeing. Furthermore, the School Counsellor presented a situational analysis of students’ overall wellbeing, highlighting important observations and areas requiring continued support. The meeting encouraged meaningful interaction between parents and teachers and strengthened the shared responsibility for students’ academic success, health and holistic development.
