Students of Khasadrapchu Middle Secondary School took part in the 8th Annual Thimphu Dzongkhag Athletics Meet, organized by the Dzongkhag Sherig Office from 31st April to 1st May 2026 at the Thimphu BAAF Ground. The event brought together six schools, namely Kuzhugchen MSS, Yangchengatshel HSS, Desi HSS, Thimphu HSS, Khasadrapchu MSS, and Wangbama CS. The athletics meet featured a variety of track and field events, including running, throwing, and jumping competitions. A total of 320 student participants and 24 technical officials attended the meet. Goody bags were provided to all participants, while tea, snacks, and lunch were served to the officials. Desi HSS emerged as the champion school, while Yangchengatshel HSS secured the runners-up position. Khasadrapchu MSS also contributed by arranging and providing all the required chadi materials to ensure the event’s successful conduct.
