Tests & Examinations

Khasadrapchu Middle Secondary School follow a structured system for conducting tests and examinations to ensure fair and continuous assessment of students’ learning. This system includes both formative and summative assessments, allowing teachers to monitor progress throughout the academic year. Class tests, assignments, and project work are regularly conducted to evaluate students’ understanding and provide timely feedback for improvement. At the end of each term, schools administer standardized examinations under strict guidelines to maintain transparency and credibility. Modality of Tests & Examination

The school has two quarterly tests. The first quarterly test is held in the first week of April, and the second in September, in addition to the mid-term, trial, and annual examinations.

The results are declared in the same manner as examinations. The tests are conducted following the same examination modality, with a paper of 40 marks across all subjects and a duration of one hour. This is done without hampering the academic learning of the school.

The modality for awarding certificates to students is as follows:

  • Level Topper Certificates
  • Subject Topper Certificates

To be eligible for the Subject Topper Certificate, students must obtain the highest score in the subject with a minimum of 80% or above. The modality for awarding certificates to teachers is as follows:

Certificates are awarded to teachers based on the following criteria: achieving a 100% pass percentage in their subject and attaining or exceeding the National Mean and pass percentage in the Board Examination. (Read More…)
